How the service works

  • Every campaign is prepared individually. Based on your enquiry we send a proposal with the target group, sample copy and price. We start only after you confirm the proposal.
  • You get access to the client portal. The campaign starts only after you approve the target group and the copy in the portal. You can pause it there at any time.
  • We only contact published company contacts. You never receive the list of contacted companies, only the companies that replied with interest.
  • A lead is a company that replies asking for an offer, a price list, a meeting or a call. Refusals, “later” and auto-replies are not leads.
  • We do not run campaigns for loans, investments, cryptocurrencies, health miracles, weapons, gambling or any other offers that could harm recipients, nor campaigns aimed at consumers.
  • The service is sold in packages by the number of e-mails sent (Start 3,000, Growth 9,000, Whole market 30,000, or a custom volume). The number means delivered e-mails; undelivered ones are replaced. Each company receives at most 3 e-mails. Prices exclude VAT and are paid once by invoice after you approve the copy, with no subscription or commitment.
  • First-lead guarantee: if not a single company in your package shows interest, we rewrite the copy and send the same volume again for free. The guarantee applies to B2B offers, provided you approve the copy within 5 business days of receiving it and reply to leads within 2 business days. Lead estimates on the website are not binding.

Data from enquiries and the portal

We process the data you send us through the enquiry form or the portal (name, company, e-mail, description of your offer) to prepare an offer and provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and keep it for the duration of our cooperation and 3 years after. Logging in to the portal stores a login token in your browser. We use no other cookies or tracking tools.

We measure website traffic anonymously and without cookies: we only store aggregated daily counts of page views and clicks (page, event name and referring website). We do not store IP addresses, device identifiers or any other personal data and we do not distinguish individual visitors. If your browser has “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control enabled, we send nothing.

Data of contacted companies

Where we get company contacts, on what legal basis we use them and how to opt out is described (in Czech) on the page Proč jste dostali e-mail. For leads handed over to a client, the client becomes an independent controller.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Write to info.webhunter@email.cz. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection.
